Having problems with another user?

The sailing community is supportive by nature, but occasionally things go off course. If you encounter inappropriate behaviour from another user on noforeignland, there are a few steps you can take.

Block a user from contacting you

When you block a user, they can no longer follow your boat, send you chat messages or comment on your content.

Open the user’s profile page by tapping their avatar.
Select: Block this person
Top-right of the screen (app), bottom of the page (website).
Tap Block to confirm

Report a user

If someone is causing ongoing issues or behaving in a way that breaches our guidelines, please report it. Our moderation team will review the situation and take appropriate action.

Top-right of the screen (app), bottom of the page (website).
Provide as much detail as possible about the problem.
Tap Report person.
