Reporting errors

If a place marker has an error that you cannot fix yourself, you can report it to our moderators instead. You typically only need to report errors when something needs to be deleted, for example when:

• Someone has added spam to the photos or review section on a place page.
• A business has closed and the marker needs to be removed from the map.
• A place has duplicate map markers, that should be combined.

To report an error:

1. Open the place page

2. Choose Contribute -> Report a problem

3. Complete the short form explaining what’s wrong.

4. Submit the form.

Our moderators will investigate your report and make the neccessary updates.
