In this rocky world of red color and dominated by terraced vineyards, the Domaine de Paulilles contrasts with its lush vegetation. This landscape is also marked by the emergence in the middle of this vegetation of a brick chimney. Although it is similar to coastal lighthouses and signal towers, this 35-meter high chimney reveals the history of the site. Indeed Paulilles is above all an old factory of explosives.
