The passage in the north of the island is flat. In the south east of the island, there is a 1.5 km long dune with isolated pine trees, with a 3 km long sand beach with peninsula and sandbank, nestled between two rock formations.
Anchor: in the eastern part of the bay in front of the sand beach or the sandbank at a depth of 3 to 6 m. Safe for Meltemi.
Ashore: At the north end of the sandy beach there is a hotel with tavern. Another tavern is located just west of the beach behind the dunes at the end of the road. There is a village in the northern tip of the island where, in the season (June to August), you can find tavernas, small hotels and shops. Neither water nor fuel are available.
