Also known as 'Bejn il-Kmiemen'. Since the Bay is divided by a steel wire rope marking the boundaries of the swimming zone inside this most popular bay, the southern side of the bay can only be accessed from between the small islands. Once inside, one can anchor and maybe even pass a stern line to the shore. Very popular for swimming and also snorkeling. No facilities although there is a bar quite close to the area. Sand bottom with good holding. Also recommended for overnight in settled weather. The sea is crystal clear.
In 2017, this part of the bay was roped off for swimming and it was not possible to anchor here.
