Facilities for berth holders


Pleasant, all-service marina close to the beach with a bus stop right outside with easy connections to the Almeria. Popular with winter live-aboard community.
Warning: marine farm installed 1 M to the E of the port (4 special light marks). 
Moor: on arrival, berth by the control tower located at the port entrance. Good protection by the breakwater but some places become uncomfortable in SE winds . The entrance opens towards the SW, it is wide of 60 m, with a depth of 6.5 m, on bottom of rock and sand.
764 berths,2.8 to 5m draft, 5 to 25m LOA
VHF Ch 9 and 16
Ashore: water, electricity, shower, toilets, waste collection (inc waste oils ), fuel, WiFi (not free). Boat yard with 50 ton travel-lift, hard standing, chandler. 24 hour security. Direct bus to Malaga (2,5 hour) twice a day and the Almeria airport is only 22 km away.
