Fantastic spot. Took a line ashore on the west side across from the mole. Heikell suggests going bows to on the mole but we saw several 13+m yachts stern to and alongside, i suspect the mole has been extended since Rod visited.

We do not know how it is with the meltemi. But with a small breeze from SW it is a flat water. There is a pier where the ferry stops at the north part. At the south (inner) part of the pier there were 2 fishing boats alongside and 2 sailing boats stern to. There was another boat on anchor. We decide to anchor as well. Then one of the sailors on the south pier suggested that we could go stern to to the west part of the pier. We followed his suggestion and moor to the west pier using 50 metres of chain on 5 metres of water. However we were feeling a slightly roll. When the municipal guy appeared at 20:00 to collect the port fees we just decided to release the stern lines and pull 20 metres of chain. We are at anchor and we feel better.
