On entering Marsamxett harbour straight from the entrance is Msida Creek. Msida Creek is easy to distinguish by the breakwater on the starboard side of its entrance and the Black Brigandine which is hauled out ashore on the inside of the breakwater. To port and starboard of this creek, there are floating pontoons with all facilities. No anchoring is permitted inside Msida. A good safe central yacht marina to be based in and the best office for clearance for yachts.
Moor: bow to stern mooring lines are supplied by the marineros.

Good friendly service, seems well protected, although there was a little surge moving our boat around. We were moored on West side pontoon N in 12m and lazy lines were pretty much straight down on our 15m, so not very effective for holding us off the pontoon. Not a problem in light to moderate winds but would be slightly concerned with very strong westerlies. Toilet and showers were pretty good but only two unisex toilets for whole marina! Fuel can be delivered by tanker and hoses will reach most of the way down the pontoon’s.

Nice place. Very clean bathrooms and a fifteen minute walk over to the Sliema and the chandleries.
