A safe and attractive anchorage, protected by the old harbour wall with a view of the Castillo de San Gabriel.
Anchor: mostly sandy with some rocks; a few mooring buoys. The north and east sides of the anchorage are a bit shallow. Proceed with caution. Open to the south and west.
Ashore: restaurants and shops.

Deceptively small area in which to anchor. Use a trip line as there are rocks everywhere, but good visibility of the bottom in clear waters.
