Ten well maintained moorings available, or:
Anchor: in 10m downriver from the moorings, good holding in hard sand and mud. Possible to use the marina facilities for a fee.
Ashore: dinghy dock with potable water, showers, and a friendly bar with food, Wi-Fi, book swap, swimming pool and a washing machine. In town, supermarkets with limited fresh produce, but a daily market at the back of the village with fresh vegetables and a few small restaurants.
The marina helps with forms for customs clearance at MAS, Military Police and to obtain a visa. If possible get a Tourist Pass before entering Suriname as clearance is a very long process made things easier with just one stop at MAS, and one stop at the Military Police. Full clearance takes 4 hours and offices in Paramaribo only open in the morning.
The marina can also help to rent a car, taxi and refilling gas cylinders (2 days turnaround or drive to location shown on main map if you have rented a car).

Very nice and quiet buoy mooring on the river. Marina is small but extremely friendly for sailors . Do visit Suriname 🇸🇷 and do stop @ Domburg Marina to start with!

Super friendly place. Great bar for sailors to hang out, showers, a swimming pool, and free WiFi. It's got the lot.
