Description
The underwater sculpture park a great place to go snorkelling with 68 different attractions dispersed along the shallow waters off Moliniere Point. Created by the British sculptor Jason deCaires Taylor with the aim of building an artificial barrier where the coral and other marine life could migrate to and find a new home in an area that was devastated by the Hurricane Ivan in 2004.
There is a conservation fee (US$1) and you can choose to dive or snorkel; the deepest sculptures are at 10m/25ft so you can see all if you decide to snorkel.
The park has mooring boys that you can use (maybe overnight).
