You will need a car but this restaurant is best known as ‘the lamb restaurant’. A rustic establishment offering typical Mallorcan cuisine. Rick Stein declared the shoulder of lamb (paletilla de cordero, slow roasted in beer in the huge restaurant’s wood-fired oven) to be the best lamb he’d ever tasted!
Es Verger doesn’t take bookings or accept credit cards. You better arrive before 14:00 or you will find the lamb has sold out!
