Description

There are +40 yellow mooring buoys with orange pick-up buoys with a mooring rope with a spliced eye. They appear to be free. Tucked in behind Cabo di Sant Marti the bay is well protected from East through South to West. Nice spot with dramatic views of Javea Bay and a spectacular mountain inland.

Edit (June 2019) - buoys are definitely free and limited to vessels no greater than 15 meters.

Very popular spot, especially for powerboaters on a day trip. Only three boats spent the night, all of them sailboats. It was a rolly night on the mooring and we should have moved further into the bay to escape the swell. If we return then we will definitely do that next time.
